Who can join FS?

Anyone who maintains serious romantic feelings for any fictional characters. Whether you shift, are a waifuist, self-insert or have MADD, you're welcome here! You can be monogamous or polyamorous, you can have relationships of varying degrees of seriousness, believe in alternate universes...if you have romantic relationships with fictional characters and willing to respect others' ficto practices, you're welcome!

Do I need to be fictosexual/monogamous/etc?

You don't have to be anything. All are welcome so long as you are respectful and supportive of others.

What's an F/O?

An F/O is an abbreviation for fictional other! It means a fictional character you are dating, married to, etc.

Can I have mulitple F/O's?

Yes! You can have as many F/O's as you want. Just consider what your F/O may want--for example, if you're dating a character who is proven to be monogamous, consider if they'd be happy in a polyamorous relationship. Consider you can also have F/O's in various different universes/paracosms and not necessarily be polyamorous. It all depends on the practicer or P/O (physical other)!
